And that mentality is a key reason why the high run chances are usually unsuccessful and end up falling a long way off.

Minimise the dot balls, constantly rotate the strike and get as many singles and twos as possible. Hit a boundary and then aim to rotate the strike on the next delivery. No need to slog every ball. Punish the bad balls and try to target 1-2 of the bowlers.

Onus falls on Lynn for failing to stay out longer and trying to chase down the total with overs to spare. The longer they stay in with plenty of wickets in hand (eg 6+) or recognised batters, the more likely they are to win.
Dont agree at all to be honest, terrible tactical decisions that got them a mile behind the required rate and ultimately cost them the game, Ricky Ponting didn't hold back in his criticism either which I totally agreed with.

Far out some killer scores already!

Thankfully E on Wildermuth and Swepson and played Neser, he looked very good so I'm happy with that trade.
Carey was on the radar but to be honest never really factored this week, will have to just make the move next week it was him or head.

Looking at that pitch am now thinking Sams to Hales for last trade this week especially if I can wait till the toss.

5/362

Played: A Carey, T Head (new recruit), G Maxwell, A Zampa and M Stoinis (C)
Yet to play: A Tye, J Richardson, J Behrendorff, D Short, J Philippe and D Christian

Finch (new recruit) and Wildermuth did not score enough to bank their scores. Decided against Behrendorff to Siddle/Sandeep/etc as I wanted another round to assess options and how the potential inclusions and omissions affected the lineups, etc.

Short square boundaries on a flat wicket screams Hales dominating to me, unfortunately don't have a trade spare.

funnily enough I am still 4/147

hopefully Roy outscores Wildermuth (E)

Head didn't hurt me

Strikers remaining games are against the Thunder so will need to think if I want to chase Agar , Neser or Siddle for those games

What are you going to do with Agar when he becomes more popular?
Not sure, there's others I traded in like Roy who are in a lot more teams (due to his double - he was below 5% when I traded him in), they will probably go first. Taking it round by round. There's only two rounds left after this anyway, during finals I'll abandon this and bring in a few more popular choices, but will still be picking a few POD choices too.
