Now fellas idk if you know this but: once all games are finalised for the round, you can find out prices for the upcoming round before lockout lifts. To do this: you go to gameday>BBL matches>See match stats>All stats. You’ll see the new prices there

Is bringing in Carey and Hales just chasing last rounds points? They both looked so good, and play at the same ground. Part of me wants to back them in. Part of me thinks the Law of Averages deems they have had their turn and it’s Wade and Malaya go (or someone similar)
Can you elaborate on the law of averages please?

If they weren’t playing at AO for both games then I would agree.

Arguments for picking some of their teammates too but I think both are clearly their teams best bats.

Both look to be great picks for the last two rounds and if we can’t afford both then just go with the guy from the team that bats first this coming round.

I missed lockout by 4 balls... here's the results

meant to trade
Tye -> Wade
and move Inglis on, and leave Behrendorff off
missed it, so last trade Christian -> Philippe

Inglis 93
Wade 6
=99

Tye 22
Behrendorff 72
=94

missed opportunity

-4 points
And factor in how much Philippe will rise , Christian will drop and then hope he has a rest before the finals.

Regardless of score I think you made the right call , well done for having the balls to do it.
