Yep. Jack Martin swapping with him as previously suggested this off-season by Martin.

Just can't see Williams being a good pick playing as a mid/fwd unfortunately.

Yep couldn’t agree more. Only worry for me was that (to my eyes watching on phone without commentary for the first quarter) Setterfield didn’t role through there in the first term.

Yep, then more often than not he just bombs it to nobody in particular. Would want to become a better user of the footy to be in consideration for my team.

This is a really good point, he appears to be a big beneficiary from the rule change.

Apart from McGrath, is there any other Essendon mids not playing that would impact Caldwell's CBAs?

It certainly looks like he is indeed one of the main guys in the bombers engine room.

That's really encouraging. McGrath returning may have little effect on Caldwell's midfield minutes.

Shiel with just 2 is interesting though. He was the main guy in there last season.
