Competitions SC 2021: Terminator Competition

Would like to run a Terminator comp this year .
All members are invited to join. They will be matched up by random.org to go head to head over three rounds with the highest accumulated score over the three rounds moving onto the next Round. The loser will be terminated.
Also the highest scoring coach from each round 1 -16 and the Terminator Grand Finalists will form a SCS Dominator League in 2022.

I assume once you are terminated, you are still eligible to make the Dominator League by getting the high score in a round, or is that based on the highest score out of the remaining participants at that time?
