I'd like to do trades with the following format:
Position 1 Better player + Position 2 Lesser Player
for
Position 1 Lesser player + Position 2 Better Player

or Rank 1 and 4 players for Rank 2 and 3 players with the same position.

I'm a bit concerned with the emergencies situation as I find it difficult to cover all 4 positions.

The other part that is similar for me at least is that to agree on some trades I've been offered other trades would need to occur first. Otherwise I'd be too weak in one of the positions.

Swans R' Cool will put up 2 players for Trade:

1) Stephen Motlop. Unfortunately with injury concerns over Jetta, Jenkins, Gray, Winderlich, and Fasolo, Swans cannot afford to carry Motlop through his injury. Motlop will most likely be out for a few games at the start of season and will suit a team that already has suitable cover in the Forward line. Motlop is an X-Factor and in his 5th season, expect him to take the next step towards becoming a premium player. A swap of Forwards would be the preferred option.

2) Shane Mumford or Mike Pyke. A gun Ruckman. Only one will be available for trade and whoever is left will be kept. Will be looking for a Premium player in return. Will suit a team with Ruckmen under injury clouds or a team that wants to gain an extra premium Ruckman to use as trade bait later in the season. A Premium Ruckman will be worth more than a player in any other position when the season begins.

Single player swap is preferrable but combo swap is welcome although harder to agree on.

I would like to add that trades are to be finalised in March to give both parties the opportunity to ensure that there are no player mishaps.

With West Coast's easy draw and the need to rejuvenate their midfield following retirements of Kerr and Embley, Masten will play a big role in the Eagles engine room. Looking for a key forward or defender in return.

2) Shaun Hampson. Richmond did not bring Hampson in just to sit on the emergency list. He will feature straight away in Round 1 and will be rotating in tandem with Maric. Looking to swap for a forward or defender.
