Can see Howe,Short and Mcdonald adding great value to defence this year without having to even pick value in Docherty,Williams and Duggan.

Who do you leave out of Lloyd , Laird , Whitfield & Stewart then to complete the 6 ?

Can't start Whitfield , doubts on Lloyd , Laird looks a must start.

Two separate roles. Based on preseasons there's certainly room in the Hawks 22 for both come round one.

Last 2 matches (GF and PS): 166 from 2 (low of 163 and a high of 169)

9 of 92 career matches with 25 or more disposals.
SC avg when recording 25 or more disposals: 106.22 from 9 (4/9 below 100, 1/9 120+)

I wouldn't take all 3 of them to be fair, was just saying I can see value there. Probably will be within 2-3 points of each other, but I would leave out Howe and Whitfield(injury). Probably Docherty/Williams starters as and if they flop you can switch them to Whitfield with the first bye.

Yep, was hoping for a solid game from Short but not a 150 game, everyone will be doing Williams -> Short on Monday.

I think you either need to go 5 ultra premiums (and forget about the Clark , Duggan , McEvoy , Williams etc price type who could end up a compromised D6 pick) or go 3-4 premiums then next rung down to Harmes , Cumming , Young and know you need to trade them out and hope they can score 80-85 ish before upgrading.

Think Howe was rested in the 3rd.
I was going through Defenders and their durability last night. Come across him and his 127 straight H&A games but only ever gone above 90 twice 2018(95.8) and 2020 (99.2).
