Serious question for work footy tips - who wins tonight as I'm a bit one eyed, I really struggle to see our midfielders getting on top but can the Pies defence stand-up?

No Darcy settles it for me - going Gawndy after all. Sharp and McNeil find their way into my side and unless Miles Bergman plays, I'm pretty set!

Think the new rules suit them well, fast pace game like last night is great for them - so many quality mids that they can rotate through all night.

it's not a big deal after round one, but it sucks this week cos we risk donuts all over the shop if we choose sunday players which are necessary for bye structures etc.

It’s a long season, he will work his way back to fitness. Cripps will look good at M8 for the run home.

Fair point, I guess we are just used to him taking the step to the top 4. But you have a really good point to hold.

Tonight: B Grundy (VC), J Macrae (C), C Daniel and J Dunkley (A Scott on mid bench)

J Dunkley narrowly defeated D Martin for the sole fwd premium spot, so hopefully he can get off to a similar start. Will be running no loopholes which is why I will be captaining J Macrae tonight.

Would have thought it has a big effect on people trying to trade players out not knowing if they are playing , setting VC/C loophole , bench loops etc etc for every round.

Not going to change , so no use losing sleep over it.

Sounds good. Knowing my luck if I did that my VC would outscore my C and I ended up having someone as a late out for a donut.
