I'm hearing Jordan could be dropped for Viney?
Yeah he could be.

But Goodwin was pretty glowing in his assessment of Jordan and his game last week. I would think is would be pretty un-usual for the coach to pump-up a player and then drop him to the reserves. surely Goodwin is smarter than that.

With Harmes out already, not sure Melbourne will make to many changes to a winning team.

You can't nullify him, he's too strong and too good. He's the best player in the league, forget about Dangerfield, Fyfe, Neale etc etc, Martin is the best and when he plays at 100% intensity he is completely unstoppable.
I think you need to try to make him a bit more accountable than what the Blues did last week. Make him earn his possessions a bit more. Fairly sure his heat map was 100% in the forward half last week, so even when he plays in the mids, you know he's going to be on the forward side. Maybe try to push him out of this comfort zone?

No idea either how to stop him to be honest. I agree when he's in form he is very tough to stop. I don't mind Shiels' comments, I expect the Hawks have some plans in place after how dominant they were in last year's match against Richmond and he would be silly to give them away. Unfortunately Dusty missed that match last year, so I can also see Dusty backing up last week and going big again.

Correct - he never went into the back half, here is his heat map from last week :-

REMINDER - if you've been tinkering with trades in SC....

REVERSE THEM THIS ARVO! We have a game on tonight

Thursday night lockouts have been known to catch a few out.

Also, check your captains and benches. Hitting reverse puts everything back to the way you finished the last round.

He had 14 contested possessions. Only 4 players had more.
Seems like they tried to make him accountable, they just weren't able to.

All this and beware the OPTIMISE button.

Didn’t even know it existed, pushed it instead of ‘show bye’ and changes your C, VC and even on-field positions.

Especially dangerous as there is no pop up like reverse trades where you have to confirm, it just does it.

Lol I just tried this and it put Gawn on the bench, brought Flynn on and made him captain (Gulden VC).
