Francis Evans is getting a run tomorrow night - might be another FWD rookie to keep an eye on.
One of the worst clubs to have rookies. Rarely given a good run and Evans looks marginal. Not on my radar. At the moment only rookies I am watching for r3 are Jordon and Bergman. For sharp/maybe scott/brockman probably no one else as I am comfortable with H Jones as slow burn,

What about Miers and Atkins 2019?!

I didn't mind what I saw from Brockman, he's one of those players I think tat can have a big spike game and make some money. The type of guy that'll ton up when on your bench and hit below 30 when on your field.
Yeah, he seemed to make a couple of "rookie" mistakes. Worried about his defensive efforts though. Reckon I'll keep him, unless another must-have puts their hand up, or he's dropped.

So anyone consider Treacy for Rd 3? Kicked 7 goals in a scratch match last week. I think he could easily get a run at least for a few weeks.
He's not able to play until round 6 FWIW - WAFL season starts next week and he's suspended for 3 matches, which takes us through to AFL round 5.

At that point he is an almost certain rookie downgrade for one of my rookie rucks or the worst performing mid / forward rookie.

Nevermind - appears to have been overruled by teh powers that be in the AFL.

Still definitely on my radar when he's on the bubble whenever that falls, but I don't think I'll need to jump off any of my rookies in the FWD or ruck lines next week and I will likely have Gulden to bring in also.

I think if someone has missed a must have rookie or he gets dropped it's an easy decision but otherwise there is no harm in keeping him and hoping for a spike score.
Indeed it may be worth keeping him around on the bench in case he somehow kicks into gear against Freo or the Suns .. assuming he isn't dropped first.

However it definitely has the odour of a foul selection already. So if someone needs to make way for another promising cow then he'll probably be one of the first in line in my side.

If Dow keeps playing and you've got the other rookies, you just keep him, he's still only a good score from making good cash and he's actually played alright both games for patches.

He's a tempting out if someone puts their hand out as the in because of what he'd let me do to Cripps...
Definitely, both games I feel Dow could have scored 80+ if that sliding door went his way
