ok I have posted about it enough

it worked in BBL SC , people have posted it has worked again already this season , so I will just leave it at that

of course once the Geelong game has commenced you can't change Dangerfield out

geez if that loophole existed you would trade out every player that had a dud score eg Cripps

I agree with what you are saying but that is loophole number 1 this is different from what Wheedus is mentioning and is a different loophole.

This is the second loophole that I don't believe you can do but is the discussion. Trade Danger for Dusty and after Dangers game has started you can still trade Dusty for somebody else who hasn't played yet and it's still only 1 trade because Dusty hasn't played yet either.

I am pretty confident that @Wheedus knows he can't trade Danger out after the Geelong game has started.

Not quite sure what Loophole number 1 is that you are referring to.

As far as I know their is only one trade loophole which has worked for a number of years and was used successfully in the BBL SC.

So maybe mentioning 2 loopholes is actually causing more confusion.

Of course you can't trade Danger after his game has started. That is not the discussion at all but I will leave it at that.

Yep , sorry I don't understand why you mentioned 2 loopholes when the trade loophole is only one.

It works , so time to move on.

Think I’m in it for the long haul with Cripps as I definitely feel he will turn it around. He was useless and looked horrible last night, yet still managed to score 80...

If he was 600k+ I would be more inclined to trade, but he is only 520k. Only reason I can see myself trading him is if Heppell goes large and looks like a must have.

Dow > Jordan is locked, so long as Jordan looks good again
Don't think many would have selected him at 600k. But then again of he was 600k that would mean he averaged more so they would have.

Danger has been traded out so doesn't come into the equation at all

eg Danger - > Dusty (nah changed mind) Dusty - > Tex Walker

= 1 trade
My question is, can you do the second part after Danger has played? Essentially trade Danger to Dusty before Geelong plays (tonight). Then on Saturday trade Dusty to Tex. Is that still just one trade?

Yes that is correct.

That is the one and only trade loophole I have been talking about.

So if I read this correctly, I can trade Danger to a player playing later in the round and then on-trade that player to my player of choice and that only counts as one trade?? That's a fairly significant loophole if it works. Would be bloody valuable given the spread of games from Thurs to Sunday and the 24 hour team announcements.
Once the cats are locked out you cant go back to danger, so I think the loophole will be invalid and you may lose another trade, worth noting that I HAVE NOT tried this one

That is exactly what I thought you mentioned the whole time. You where referring to first loophole as mentioned below to come up with second loophole suggestion.

First loophole was before round 1 starts you can trade Danger to Dusty and before Dangers game you can trade Dusty back to Danger and no trade is used at all.

Second loophole is what you are mentioning now.

It's not going back to Danger he is gone from your team it's who you traded him to that hasn't played you can apparently trade that player to somebody else who hasn't played either.

Is the trade loophole in reference to a spot on the ground? Once a player gets locked they not only can't be traded but can't be moved, I think. Lets say you clicked the button to trade Danger and then moved Campbell forward and traded in Titch. But changed your mind after Sydney play to swap Titch to Dusty. Does Campbell getting locked, lock that trade because of his position on the ground? 🤪

The query remains that if Danger is locked out can the loophole still be used to trade the player on that you got from danger
I'm not sure if the system looks at it and say's okay danger isn't locked out it just saves you trading back to danger then moving him on again, but if the system seems danger is locked out, then it may cost you another trade

For this specific scenario I'd assume given Dusty has DPP It would just put him in the mids, if he did not have DPP then i'd say the answer is up in the air.
