Clown N.Cahill --> J.Jordan pretty much locked in as the first trade of the season. Jordan should get selected for the next 3-4 weeks at the very least (hopefully!).

Second trade will be Rowell --> a player worth up to 535k. Need to do some thinking this week of who to bring in. Ideally a proven/safe keeper and not a cheaper speculative gamble. Knowing me it'll be the latter lol

Higher end priced midfielder, you could probably do worse than Walsh. Not exactly sold, but you aren’t in the ballpark for a 547K defender (Ridley, Daniel, Mills). Seems a decent enough pick at the price.

Walker could easily be premium priced after a month, Gold Coast,North Melbourne,Fremantle and Hawthorn is a bloody good draw for a mobile key forward.
Did it with a higher priced Westhoff in 2013 and he repaid with a couple of 150+ scores in round 3/4, problem being that he hit sub 50 in round 5 and killed his cash gen. It can work, but sub 50 kills it, which Tex could produce.

Already have Ridley and Daniel.
Keen on Mills but short by 10k. Really want Dusty but short by 6k!!
Only way to get those would be to avoid getting Jordan and instead downgrade Cahill to Murray/Treacy. This would give me a budget of around 556k to spend on Rowell's replacement. Decisions decisions!!

Sloane's not doing too badly either just quietly however I don't think I'm willing to pull the trigger on that.
His price is very tempting. Problem is I can see him missing a few games due to injury if recent history is anything to go by. Also when M.Crouch returns to the team his score may suffer a bit. Probably not worth it in the long run IMO...

Get the better rookie and afford the better premium when you can

Agree, saw his draw yesterday after going to the Swans game and wondering how I get him in. Still holding Danger........

Cracking score for a side that was thumped yesterday by really 50points, McAdam late 3 goals really flattered the scoreline.

Reckon he’s tight on cash to get away from McNeil. It’s where I find myself.
I have McNeill, although fortunately downgraded Rowell to Taranto prior to round 1 once I saw McNeill saw to free up cash (did use some to go Berry to Bergman).

As much as we want cash generation, don't need all 30 players going up. Pretty confident I only have 23-24 going up, so plenty of players that could be chopped without using McNeill.

Have seen a SC winner never trade Plowman at D8, McNeill at M8 isn't too bad. Maybe I am lucky to have Brockman, Fullerton, (Rowe - does he make the list?), Sharp and others.

Have a few options. Only targets would be Jordan, Berry, Walker or Clayton if Danger swapped out. League focus.

1) Butts to Jordan via DPP (Sharp/Kozi D7/8) and Impey to Walker

2) McNeill/Brockman/Fullarton to Jordan + Berry

3) Danger to Walker + Rookie to Jordan

4) Danger to Olivier + rookie to Jordan

Berry ok, lots of tackles, missed a few shots, sounds like Crouch 2-3 weeks away

I too have Sharp, Jones, Brockman, Rowe, Fullarton and McNeil all not making $ and with a couple on field ( Jones & Rowe ) I feel that Jordan is the one that I'm missing. I don't however have any links with Mids to Def or Fwd so can't use DPP to move any of the others to Jordan. I think Chapman will get a good run of games but with only 17k ITB someone has to go and that's Clark.

Of course if Gaff stinks it up again then that changes things.
