Butts & Cox have resurrected their output so that's 2 less headaches for my team.

Highmore & Sharp omissions from last round, no real need to move them on yet.

My 4 MID premos have yet to get out of 2nd gear for one reason or another but they're still playing albeit leaking cash. Also have Danger so I think I've made my bed for the start of this season.

Ask me again on Thursday evening...:)
Two rookies that most have avoided due to their higher price. Both with great scores this round. Well done on having both. Annoyed I didn't stick with Cox pre rd 1. Butts at 5% ownership is a great POD this week against those most likely playing Kosi who'll likely score around the 30 mark.

Highmore almost certain to come back after the terrible Saints performance. Sharp being a high schooler probably will be in and out of their side. Makes for a great FD though provided he isn't the medical sub.

Will be having a good look at Taranto today
Oh yes forgot about him. Thinking anything lower than 95 and he has to go.
Just think with Taranto price at 85, if he isn't losing money then you wait. few rounds in roles can change or player builds momentum, like Brayshaw last year. Same for Cripps, coach mentioned 10 day break would help him get over soreness. is it fitness or injury hurting his 2H scores? I panic sold Houston and Brodie Smith last year thinking they would lose money, would have been better holding and having two more trades. Neale was a but different this year as even with a recovery he was going to likely lose $100k.

Am very intrigued to see what GC do with their rucks. Have Flyntereek at the moment. If Marshall doesn't play next week, you would think Hunter might be back after getting demolished with two Essendon rejects being their rucks

Burgess looks like their best option. Not looking great for the Suns.

Kosi will pull out a 70...It’s just what happens when cover is needed for highly owned players.

I'm a bit shy when it comes to trades this year. Happy with my midfield and rucks, bandaid on forward and defensive structures. All it takes is one injury or someone to be dropped to ruin your progression. Yes Clark, you better not be dropped. Have Drew in my mids and he's a clogger atm, but doing his job, until I can downgrade to a rookie to free up cash. Waiting on Finlay Macrae to get a game.

If either Clark or Highmore are not selected, I might have to make a move to upgrade or go Chappy or Parks without any confidence.

I might trade out fantasia. He was a poor pick and has little mooing to do. He played okay last night but super coach gods just hate his role.
I have him. I don't really see trading him as a priority tbh. There is still hope that he will have a big game. The question is how long are we willing to wait for it? My plan is still to trade him up around the time other cows are ready for culling.

Its not a massive priority, but i like players in my side having some role. It feels like he is a list clogger at his price. Not set on trading him but it is an option depending on how the rest of the round goes. I thought he deserved about 70 last night with terrible supply. I cant imagine he's going to have a great break even. Sharp might work as a floating donut. I can't imagine he's going to get many more games this year.

Hopefully no trades Round 4 for me.

Carrying Dangerfield and Fyfe, so hopefully Fyfe gets up and can also get through the last week of Dangerfield's suspension without being too exposed.

Won't go early on any of the Round 5 potential Bubble Boys, provided everything is ok rookie wise. With their teams losing, would love to see both Highmore and Bergman back in.

I am considering him too. Might have missed his first 100K, does not mean I should miss out on his next 150K or more importantly his scores.
Good point but for some reason I always find missing out on both the cheaper price and the first price rise a big psychological barrier...bit like a spoilt child, I really need to grow up.

Trouble is we won't know if any Geelong or Hawthorn players are dropped before these two play.
Its fingers crossed for me.
We'll know the Sunday's teams before CAR's game on Saturday night so the GEE & HAW Rookie landscape will be clear before either Parks or Chapman is locked out.
