Is Chapman important?
I think it depends on each individual's setup in defence and whether Highmore is named this week.

If you have to play Kosi on field then I think Chapman is important, if not then he's not so important.

If no other issues with the team and if you aren't burning through trades I don't mind 'clearing out the dead wood' with a Sharp to Chapman trade for example, too. Although Sharp's D/M status could prove handy.

Few coming up at the same time so I guess I can see the merit in going early, but surely you guys want to see how GC chooses to play it for a full game without Witts, and how Burgess scores in his new role? If you're worried there could be too many on the bubble next week, a basement priced Waterman seems a much safer one to go early on.

Wow going early on both of them , nice move.
Lol cheers Herbie.

When my rookies scores 30s it's a low risk strategy and if Burgess is named in the Ruck and sole ruck, it's a low risk.

Will be interested to check out this thread later in the week when the sad news of Witts is out and everyone realises a $210K DEF is going to be the number 1 ruck.

Very high on my watch list this week for a Round 5 trade.

I am more dissapointed as I was seriously looking at Wiits as a R1/2 ruck option , think he was a solid 95 ppg option.

I am sure everyone will catch up 😀

Need to track his ownership figures from Round 3 - > 4 - > 5.

The bloke is only listed at 191 cm....is he really their only fall back ruck option? Surprised he even managed to win 8 hit outs
I think he wears those boots that make you jump higher 😀

Was just reading Caleb Graham might be their only other option.

Surely they keep King away from the CBA.

Greenwood was doing around the ground against O'Brien a few times.

Just concede the ruck and play a extra mid.

Picked up Impey & Tex

DEF looking unstable as all hell so need to fix up ASAP - 644k in the bank prior to trades this week

Looking at Jones, Sharp/Fyfe/Kosi to Lloyd & Chapman OR Houston/Jiath & Chapman (already have Ridley/Stewart/Short/Laird)

Undecided if going straight to Lloyd is worth it or whether to take another stepping stone (Jiath) on the way to salary cap building - with Chapman playing D6 either way

Not sure if anyone else is in a similar predicament
