I still expect he will play. He had a down game for sure but otherwise he's been excellent both for fantasy and for the Cats down back. His effort levels and hunger for the contest are usually top notch.
I'm no selection committee but there would be other Cats I'd chop before getting to Atkins ... although perhaps I'm just a biased owner haha.
Nevertheless I'm working on a contingency plan in case the worst happens Friday night.
Dogs have been fairly hard to score against for rucks, so if Fullarton (R3) is still not playing I'm tempted to put the E on Flynn. If he really stinks it up I could bring in Grundy who could go 130+ against Essendon or take Flynn's score and bring in a mid instead if it's decent.
Thankfully have Grundy but I have some major FOMO on Macrae. Reckon he has taken his kicking (which was already great) to another level this season which is really reflected in his SC/DT score ratio. He's really the main "must have" I'm missing right now.
Tracking ordinary at the moment!! First three weeks in the top 200. Last two weeks dropped the ball with some key injuries and now at 1400. Pretty tight though to get back there.
Didn’t have Kayo and didn’t watch any pre season games so that is poor preparation. That won’t happen again!
