Not really, he needed a shot in a side that would play him 100% in the midfield and that was never going to happen ahead of Neale or Lyons. Rhys Mathieson could have a decent impact in a side that’s a bit thin in the midfield too, and he’s behind quite a few in the Lions midfield pecking order.

Yeah fair enough. Just surprised that he was delisted and and wasn’t shopped around, clearly a quality guy.

Atleast you have him, traded him out on his break. Cannot complain, traded Neale, Sharp, Brockman, Fullarton, Kozzie early, 4 out of 5 look ok. In bounds of Tex, Ridley, Chapman, Jordon and Waterman, 4 out of 5 ok as well.
