The AFL are corrupt pushing out the game by a day to allow WCE a far larger crowd.

10 day weather forecasts being extremely accurate for time and day, I agree the AFL are negligent. Western Australians are like cats. Hate water from dew to rain to rivers to oceans.
I didn't call them corrupt xxxxxxxx

Goldy goal!! 1 quarter too late. 😩
I was cheering for you.
It looks like I've got my little "chicken" SGM up.
Total point under 154.5
North +43.5
Sheed 20+ Disposals.
$50 at the "huge" odds of $2.10 - just trying to take advantage of the "get 2 out of 3 legs up, get a feee bet" promotion.

Um wait, wasn't it scheduled Monday night so that the covid crowd restrictions were eased? Allowing more people in, and greater revenue for your club compared to a fixture over the weekend where the heavier restrictions were in place? Wasn't this the exact thing that WCE fans were complaining about when the game had to go ahead a month or so ago in front of no crowd?
We where never going to get a good crowd in conditions like this, and on a Monday night when people have to work the next day.. There is no extra public transport put on either making it harder to get to the ground.

Half capacity crowd of 30k on a Sunday arvo in much better conditions would have been just as much as tonight... and allowed a better quality game.

Serious question, as I really don't know the answer as I'm 20,000km away.
But if the game was on Sunday afternoon, wouldn't it have been without a crowd?

Well played Row, you know my bets are ambitious at best.

Ziebell has to be my best starting pick this year.
Are we going to pick him next year when he is a defender?
Not me.
He's had his spike year, the Coaches have the whole summer to negate these accumulating half backers. I'd be surprised if he can match this years efforts next season. Plus I don't want to pay $600k for a Def, near 32yo, coming of a very high career high!
