Like this one a lot more than the other.
DCL is a surer starter than Cavani (though I like Cavani's price and the fact he scores well when he plays).

KDB probably gobbling up too much salary.
Buendia has stats everywhere, and likely is a good pick for the new pts system.
Villa have a good set of fixtures to start off with as well.

Schmeichel to Bachmann can save some money, as can Dallas to Walker.
That could upgrade Toney to a more experienced FOR, or can just bank the money to get in players needed before their price rises.

Wait has DCL been transferred ?

Thought Everton players were Sportal suicide 😀

You have stole my 3 forwards , 4 of my mids and a Defender I expect everyone will have in any case (if fit to start)

At the moment

Sanchez / Steele

Digne , Fofana , Kanate , VVD / Gomez

Fernandes , Buendia , Alli / Mbeuma , Gilmour

Salah , DCL , Toney

Bank is 3,750,000.00

Wouldn't mind a West Ham player or 2 or Havertz/Pulisic

probably need a City defender or Jesus maybe

DCL is a sign of the desperate times. He hasn't been transferred, but Gylfi might... to Pentridge.
DCL pick is just to give the rest of you a chance to win this thing.

Given the % of the picks, many will start off with at least 7 identical starters. The bench is what will be the difference.
Scores will be similar, but who can make the most coin off their bench picks will then gain the ascendancy.

Looping for 2 shots at capt will also be important. Was tempted to use a non-starting MID as well, but too many good, cheap options in MID.
But we'll see. Maybe TAA, VVD and Robbo are worth a start in a 3-43 given Pool's fixtures.

Haven't looked at % of players owned , I don't want a similar starting side to all the serious players , might have to change things up a bit.

My perception of the promoted teams... go for Watford defence (GK Bachmann was impressive shot-stopping keeper in the Euros), Brentford attack (Toney their talisman striker) and consider Norwich attack later on (they have a real tough fixture to start)

Reckon this is a pretty good start. Liverpool & City DEF and Chelsea MIDS look great value from the off

CHE have a very tough early run. Havertz is enough. Only reason I have him is cos I can't find anyone else I like and his price is right to balance the squad.
I don't think Konate will start ahead of Gomez. Gomez cheaper too.

Excellent assessment. Promoted sides usually means more saves for their GK, and given that 2 SVs = 2 pts now, whereas before it was 0 pts, they'll be even better value.

Got my eye on Dowell. Was starting regular at the end of the season and got 5 goals. Everton lad (not sure on loan or they bought him), and could be Buendia's replacement for some SPs. Got a brace in a recent practice game. Right age for a breakthrough year too. Just needs a chance and he might just get it. Worth a look at one to grab once NOR early tough fixtures are over.
