The break has come at a good time for the Rangers with Greene and Viney suspended, Lloyd injured, Noble omitted and ZWilliams not back. DMoore joins the other DMoore in the Rangers rehab group.

Heppell and Shuey return to feature in a scratch match for the Rangers to get some match fitness with also Dan Hannebery auditioning for a grand final berth. N Cox also gets a run in the A side.

Good luck, not that I think you will need it. My dream minimal injury run that I benefited from all year has come back to bight me the last couple of weeks with 7 of my best 22 out this week … you know what they say about law of averages! Fortunately I have good depth numbers and have been able to scramble a playing emergency on each line, so covered … until there are two late outs on a single line!

It is funny, I still check every week to see if Houli is a chance.. potentially next week now. I thought Fyfe Surgery would be the end of me, but got a little lucky since then and avoided too many more injuries.

Resting Franklin V north and Howe's pending baby were two unexpected curve balls, but like you, luckily enough I have some depth and can just cover. Mind you, hearing rumours Charlie Curnow might join Franklin, Hipwood and Gunston on my forward unavailable list, so that will make it bloody tight and nerve racking!

Thought as much. Want to play Charlie Curnow over Close or Fisher, however with rumours of him potentially being a late out, can't risk it.

Then effectively playing without an emergency all weekend, with carnage looming. Better off to take the safe option pick 6 likely starters and a likely playing emergency! Don't take anything for granted! haha

Whilst I was cursing all the late outs, I have come home with a Sunday bang and can’t believe I broke 2k with the team fielded. With three quarters of your team not making their prediction, it would have been really frustrating for you, as I reckon you would have won this match up 4 out of 5 times.
