SC is a huge drawcard to the HS site. It must bloat the traffic numbers to keep the accountants happy and generates cash. eg $20 per SC gold x 10,000 subs and thats $200K. The advertising revenue would be based off hits as well, so all in all a nice little earner.

With the way Newspapers are going they will be looking at any and all forms of revenue.

Yeah, the newspaper industry is going broke! As everyone would know, you get 5 articles per week as a guest, and then 10 as a member. For me, that runs out very quickly and its actually quite frustrating. I love the Herald Sun, but it annoys me when that happens.

AFL website mate. Click the game you want stats for, scroll down and click full-time-stats, then click advanced stats. TG% will be the second last column. Enjoy.

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Damoz again.

I say this every season!!! is it relly that hard. You should be even able to customise it, eg 10 team leagues

Haha. I think that message comes up cause you gave me Reps a few days ago to join that UF League.

100% agree with you, Zim. They should make it 10 Leagues at least - Sounds more reasonable.

And yes gain for customising Leagues as well. Yes I understand that not all Leagues fill up to 18 Coaches, but that shouldn't mean that randoms join. If we can make it like 10 Coaches or something, it would make it more fun instead of 8 randoms joining.

I'd probably look at the AFL Injury List instead.

With the scarcity of rookies this year in comparison to other years, is it possible that bye structure is a moot point now? With rookies being pretty much the same in every serious team, along with a couple of absolute lock premiums (Franklin, Dangerfield etc) will bye structure play a part and separate the wheat from the chaff or is it just another red herring to try and make us second guess ourselves? Thoughts?

I think its a bit hard to accommodate for the Byes this year.

I didn't consider the Byes last year when constructing my Team. I think if I did my upgrades earlier instead of leaving them too late, I would've been more successful (Not winning overall, but more successful in general). I like to think of it as short-term pain, but long-term gain.
