How many people are you following on Twitter ?

Maybe this one knows about what happened to the 4 Pakistani players that were coming to play.

I posted when the draft is on , maybe the 12th.

More keen to see how many of them get picked in England's T20I Squad , certainly will be some changes if 5 of them are involved in the 5th Test.

Wonder if their is a PSL Fantasy game , that would test me trying to learn the Pakistani players.

Honestly they all feel pretty average, probably Paris but even he feels on the fringe.
Might be forced into a 42k guy there. Maybe go Paris and Connolly. Only problem is, means you probably have to trade Rashid in round 3 as Paris could be done by then. Unless you sub Connolly with a Bat/bowl in the batters as use Connolly as a loop in the batters

Reckon theyve got a big name bowler to come over as the pace attack is decimated, Bravo or Russell most likely.
Chris Gayle is not playing LPL , wonder those rumours haven't started

Love to see Mohammed Amir out here , BBL integrity police wouldn't allow it , think he is playing LPL.

Whatever happened to Dilbar ?

Maybe it's one of the England Lions quicks.

The Perth Scorchers begin their quest for a record fourth Big Bash League title against Brisbane Heat at Optus Stadium on Wednesday without a host of big names.

English speedster Tymal Mills will arrive in Australia on Monday after finishing up his T10 commitments in the UAE and won’t feature in the two Perth games against the Heat and Hobart Hurricanes on December 22 because of quarantine.

Mills is likely to only play one of the first four games, against his old team Hobart at Blundstone Arena on December 14

T20 World Cup hero Mitch Marsh and gloveman Josh Inglis will also miss the start of the tournament with Australia ‘A’ duties, but Ashton Agar has been released in a great result.

Bancroft will take the gloves until Inglis is available and is likely to open the batting alongside powerful New Zealand import Colin Munro in his absence as well.

Last season’s leading BBL wicket-taker Jhye Richardson is unlikely to be seen for most - if not all - of BBL11 because of Ashes duties.

Richardson has been replaced in the squad by fellow West Aussie seamer David Moody who was let go by the Hobart Hurricanes so was not included in the best XI.

Emerging WA quick Lance Morris, who has signed from Melbourne Stars, admits he is “touch and go” for the early games because of a side strain playing Sheffield Shield recently, with teenage allrounder Cooper Connolly (finger) also sidelined.

It leaves as little as 13 available players including six from last year’s final loss to Sydney Sixers - Bancroft, Munro, captain Ashton Turner, young allrounder Aaron Hardie and pace duo Andrew Tye and Jason Behrendorff.

The Scorchers’ best XI looks far different to the best available XI for the season opener, with several fringe players in the mix for a call up including Nick Hobson who impressed in last week’s intra-squad hit-out, scoring 90 off 59 balls.

Hobson will likely be battling with New South Wales left-hander Kurtis Patterson for the final batting spot.

Wednesday be English T20 journeyman Laurie Evans’ debut for the franchise.

Munro is the only returning import with last season’s all-England opening combination of Liam Livingstone and Jason Roy not coming back.

It means Inglis is likely to get a promotion to the top of the order, where he batted a couple of seasons ago during a breakout tournament.

Marsh should bat at first drop, a position he made his own for Australia’s T20 side on his way to a player-of-the-final performance against New Zealand.

The best XI is littered with bowling options with eight players regularly rolling the arm over, but the likely game-one side has seven including Hardie who has only just started bowling again after off-season elbow surgery.

Scorchers potential XI for game one

1. Cameron Bancroft (wicketkeeper)
2. Colin Munro
3. Laurie Evans
4. Ashton Turner (captain)
5. Nick Hobson
6. Ashton Agar
7. Aaron Hardie
8. Andrew Tye
9. Matthew Kelly
10. Jason Behrendorff
11. Peter Hatzoglou
