I can't see it happening next Wednesday... From The West Australian article it sounds like the Cats don't want to go to SA, because if they go and just 1 player test positive whilst there... then due to SA's strict close contact rules... the whole team is wiped out for 10 days.

Also ADE, ILW and BRI all didn't have to play whilst missing players... So it would be unfair to force the Wildcats play if say Cotton and Law are two of the affected players.

From what i've been reading, it seems the NBL might have shifted from a policy of postponing games to playing games if 8 fit players are available, regardless of who is out.

SEM mentioned in their release that "we are not in a position to field the required 8 players to enable the game to go ahead"

TAS said "we are unable to meet the minimum requirements for a team under NBL protocols"

So despite PER not wanting to go to SA... I think if they have 8 players... the game will go ahead. It's just a matter of which PER players are out.

I doubt I can even get to 6 players.

Surely Fan Hub finally have to give extra trades or averages... They are completely damaging their brand if they don't help us out.

I can get 6 on court and assuming Ade-Perth goes ahead there will be 4 of them on a double. Not sure if that is good comparatively or not.

Yeah I've contacted them too... The circumstances with games being canceled is unfortunate... But it's the way Fan Hub are dealing with it by just sticking their head in the sand that is poor.

They are damaging their brand and losing people.

Maybe... If you are lucky enough to own the unaffected Wildcats players. You could own all the Wildcats players that are definitely out with Covid. We don't know who they are, and might not know until just before tip off next wed.

Teams seem to be keeping who actually is out, a close secret. Unlike the NBA where players who are in protocols are announced.

One positive... Fan Hub have adjusted all the players points for last round that where wrong. I emailed them that they hadn't adjusted all the games points and they actually fixed it.

Ended up with 14 points extra and moved up 3 extra spots.
