Why haven't they interviewed him when they have the power to do so?
I think that's the answer to the result of this investigation. The haven't because they don't think he'll lead to evidence resulting in infraction notices.

Bombers players won't be suspended for 2014. They were already essentially suspended for 2013 by being disallowed an earned place in the finals series by the AFL. Everyone knows it was a pre-emptive punishment for the supplements not the sweet talked "lack of governance". Can't punish them twice.

Watson and Heppell already had admitted to taking AOD. The rest of the names add nothing new at all to the situation. If people were going to boo Essendon, they'd do it anyway.
(Doesn't meet I agree with their decision to publish it, you don't publish names of a 'potential arsonist' or a 'potential rapist' only those 'convicted')

It'd be a farce if opposition supporters were to boo every player named in that article. Watson to Heppell to Hibberd to Carlisle to Pears to Hurley to Bellchambers to Hocking. Have fun booing every 2 seconds when one of our players gets the ball...

I think it's very unlikely that they will face sanctions in the short term. However it may be a mental distraction that could possible negatively effect their performance.

Dank is refusing interviews because he wants to tell his side of his story in court, not to the ASADA investigators.

ASADA have the power to compel someone to attend an interview or multiple interviews. If that person refuses to attend they have the power to fine someone $5,100 amount per day.

They have come across as a week body for refusing to call in Dank. He is integral to both the sharks and essendon periods of time. Surely they have to call him in even if it is just so they can say they completed the process (wether the need Dank's coments or not).

The process has been going for a year and they haven't used there powers. Dank no show equals $5,100 x number of days (say 365) = $1,861,500 fine.

I think Watson proved what a champion he was numerous times last year. It'll be in the back of their minds, but Watson sits firmly entrenched in my midfield.

This whole saga has been such a farce. Sure, Essendon had poor governance in even allowing this to happen in the first place but ASADA have been a absolute joke. I cannot believe they haven't compelled Dank to pay them a visit even with the powers they were granted. He is the most vital piece of the puzzle! As a die-hard Essendon supporter, I just wish this would resolve itself as soon an possible. This detracts from the footy so much - who doesn't just want to enjoy the game without all this BS?

If its the same as last year's format, then yes. There will be two columns. The first column is your pre-draft list, and the second is the all AFL Players.

Hopefully someone can confirm this. May be Goodie?

This works for both SCC and SCD (Except its green in SCC).
