Hi all,

Okay just received a pleasant PM from one of our well known members saying that I may need to adjust the league composition.

This SCS member was in 4 SCS Cash League Finals last year but was against 2 opponents so made it less interesting.

First observation to this SCS member is 'you made it to 4 finals, are you serious? LOL'

Jokes aside, this SCS member makes a great observation so I'll try to mix and match where possible so you don't meet the same people in the finals (if you make the finals) or competing against the same people in overall.

Reliving my high school combinations and permutations, some times it will be unavoidable but I will do my best to ensure less people are in the same league multiple times.

The reason why this occurs is normally when people join multiple leagues, they register at the one time.

For example, Member A registers for $150,$100, $50 then Member B register for $150, $100, $50.

Because they register right after each other they are in $150a, $100a, $50a for all leagues however I will try to arrange it (for example) where both are in $150a then one in $100a and the other in $100b then one in $50a and the other in $50b this way it's more enjoyable. This means they are only in the $150 SCS Cash League together but not $100 nor $50 SCS Cash Leagues together.

Also means if Member A has a Top 10 Overall, you are not copping losing all 4 SCS leagues with him/her lol with no chance of overall for cash league.

Also note I update the SCS Cash League table once every 1-2 days so if you send me a PM or register your interest here and it hasn't been actioned or replied to, don't stressed, just wait.

It just means I haven't updated it but you will see the latest update date at the top of the table.

Hi guys,

I'm new to this forum. Just wondering are there any ranked league competitions, or only the cash leagues? Cheers!

Hi all,

First of all, I'm sorry if I've moved your team to different a different SCS Cash League that has not been filled yet but I'm confident we have enough time to fill them all.

Just note as there is only 2x$150 and 2x$100 SCS Cash Leagues, it is impossible to ensure you don't have the same opponents in some of your leagues. I'm no mathematician and forgot all my primary school, permutations and combinations to work it out.

Just one suggestion, the league admin now has options on what starting round, how many teams, if you have games over the bye rounds and finals format.
Personally, I hate league games over the byes. You can start league games round 1, skip the byes and it all works I think?
Edit - actually 18 teams that doesn't work. 17 h & a, plus 4 finals weeks = 21 rounds

Also you can do 20 team leagues, which you'd start round 1. Gives an extra option if there is a few leftover waiting for spots

Since I'm not entering in any SCS Cash Leagues, I'm happy with what the SCS league group.

Once you get the confirmation of receipt of money email, people can discuss and decide in their group messages.

If we get say 18/18 people saying yes then that's fine.

But if we get 9/18 saying yes and the other 9/18 saying no then I just don't have the time nor resources to have an open discussion; sorry mate.

As you know, I will always do what's good for the SCS members and the SCS website, but subject to time and resources.

All good; doesn't work for 18 team comps anyway.
I know ppl hate change, so it's always easier just to go with what has been.
I was just pointing out that the SC guys have actually made some good changes in league admin that could be useful

Hi all,

I've send the invitation to the following completed SCS Cash Leagues:

  1. SCS $150a
  2. SCS $100a
  3. SCS $50a
  4. SCS $50b
  5. SCS $20a
For those people who have sent the Cash for multiple SCS Cash Leagues, you will only get SCS League codes for the leagues that are full. Naturally, I'll mark down that you've paid for the SCS Cash leagues the ones you have but will send it later.

I will send you a second group message to those who have paid with confirmation of payment and also the SCS Cash League Codes at 9pm Tuesday. This allows more SCS users to have time to read my message and pay the entry fee.

I think I need to take a nap now before I faint as I've looking at the screen for a good few hours now.

Thanks for everyone support who have entered the SCS Cash Leagues, okay time for a powernap.
