How many of Macrae Oliver Steele Miller can you start. ?

Personally I say two but can see a lot of people drifting to one which begs the question - which one? I’d prob say Touk. Oliver is prob the most likely to put up a crap score at some stage so you could wait on him. Steele v Macrae is a toss of the coin. Prob Macrae for sheer consistency.

I've still got three, but the tradeoff is English in the ruck and Sicily at D4.

Can maybe go three and just hope theres enough points down back between Gibcus,Hinge,McCartin and SDK, right now I'm leaning towards 2 being the right answer though and spending that coin in defence.

Miller - Whole team played like him but he's still the standout, there was one contest midway through the 4th where he chased Danger from the forward flank to the back flank, put a lovely bump on him to help his side win the ball and then while Danger was still getting back off the ground had already bounced up and put 50m on him to get to the next contest which he ultimately cleared towards their forward 50, he works harder than any player I've ever seen I reckon on field and this was just a preseason game. Scariest part is the man looked like he was playing in different conditions to everyone else, just looked fresh as a daisy late in the 4th. If you can't tell, I like him

That very play stuck out so much when I saw it too. Insane how quick he got up and sprinted away in such a short period of time.

Tough picking between Miller, Steele and Macrae in dt.

Those midfield decisions are going to be tough, really want all of Macrae,Steele,Touk,Neale,Rowell,Cripps and Berry but you just can't pick all of them

Think 90av - can get same from a rookie hopefully for 60-70k less

Can't fault him. Just looks cherry ripe and playing like a guy who knows he's got the tank to outrun everyone. His bye is good too. Pretty much locked at M1 now

I was thinking the same, as I can't remember many rookies averaging in the 90's for an extended period, Walsh one of the best rookie years only just managed it before finishing mid 80's.

I just dont see how you can pick 4 uber mids and expect to get away with it when theres literally no defence rookies with job security, its just asking for trouble IMO.

I was conscious of this but after seeing him play last night I think he'll be the number one ranked player this season and win a brownlow. That passage where he just knocked the ball out of that Geelong players hands grabbed it and kicked a goal - fark me that was just dominance.
