lol I thought it was my internet, I'm with Optus and received a txt saying I'd have interruptions for the next 2 weeks. We did have quite a bit of traffic on the site yesterday, over 150 members and over 330 visitors at one stage. Getting all the good mail here. 😁
Speaking from my experience, this season has come up really quickly with the lack of pre season matches etc.

So I got to a week ago and was desperately trying to "catch up", hence lots of reading of my number 1 trusted source :)

We really needed the 2 Community matches for each club to make proper informed views on our sides, yesterday with surprise omissions will be the point in the season we look back to, which will propel us into the season or get behind the 8 ball very early.

Look at us - Essendon and Collingwood supporters getting excited about Carlton. I feel I need to wash
Yes, but even the most one eyed members, of every other club, had to feel chills when Doch slowly walk up the field from the 50 metre free, steady himself and then calmly slotted the sherrin between the big sticks.

Anyone who didn't get those goose bumps misses the purpose of the Game.

Recovered enough from last nights pain to be able to come back here today

5/691 Oliver C
All 5 over 100 but still underwhelmed with my score so far looking at all the other scores in here
Word of advice, try not to compare your score to those posted on here as you'll more than likely be in for a very miserable season.
Firstly, there's a vast number of great coaches who frequent this site. Secondly, the majority of 'early' scores posted are generally at the higher end of the spectrum.

Allow me to provide you with some comfort in your score, I'm currently on 4/391 from Gawn, Oliver, Dunkley & McGovern. (y)

I see a lot of 'Macrae VC' in scores - we all dunkin donuts?
Yes, I'm taking one in R3 at this stage it is Benning (Freo).

I'm not sure the options for R3 are that good anyway and a donut at R3 is the easiest place to manage a donut, I have found much less can go wrong. I can not afford Pruess for R3 behind Gawn and Grundy and am not sure about Hayes/Dixon so happy to see how they go. Happy to burn a trade later as a correction if required and someone looks like a must have.

All other bench players will be paying this week.

It will not be the first time I need a donut for VC/C purposes so taking the hit at the start of the year seems to be the best time to do it ;)
