Farewell M McGovern. Pathetic display after half time and more importantly my first player of 2022 not to score 110+. I hold my team members to a high standard and his conduct was unbecoming.
I blame you for talking us all into starting a bloke who decided he would take himself out of the game by falling on his arse after trying to take mark of the millennium...

When you are a Hawthorn supporter and in round 1 your first trade is to get a small forward from Carlton in, you know you have a tough year ahead.

I will plan therefore to put the C on Durdin when I get him in............
Ok?

Not sure what this has got to do with being a hawks supporter.

But sure... you do you mr west coast eagles supporter.

Quarter time
Cripps to anyone with a pulse

Next 3 quarters super premo Cripps re emerged
Happy man again

Would like to hold for the first few rounds as I run out of trades every year too quickly. Going to back my gut unless a must have rookie pops up. Was thinking McGovern looked a must have at half time but he faded, if xerri flops preuss may get a look in

lol, prices won't change until after round 3, I think you can give Big M at least one more week.

A week is a long time in SC, Martin could be back in next week and turn English back to plain odd Timmy. Cudios if you started him, but its a long season ahead, plenty of time for things to go wrong yet ;)
Indeed it is. My all rookie ruck line first round last year looked genius, but we all know how that turned out!

I was on that ship, it started taking on water pretty quickly, think I might have waved at you as I dove overboard?
Were you the guy pretending to be a woman to get aboard the lifeboat with the woman and children or am I just remembering
a scene from Titanic?

Anyone worried about Steele - did not look interested at all, wasnt as fierce at contest as he normally is. Hard to stomach 680k for that type of effort
I missed most of the game, not sure if Crisp played on him, probably nullified each other. I wouldn't be concerned, he scored 91 round 1 last year and they do have 3 or 4 games of sub 100 scores, that has to be expected.

St.Kilda really suffered by not playing Owens in the midfield. Rats won't make that mistake twice and Owens has a bit to prove now, even just for his own ego.
Expecting Owens to bounce back big time playing 79% in the mids next week, in fact I'll go as far as to say he could even perform a hitherto very rare supercoach record and improve his score by 1000% on the previous week.
Or he's an expensive donut.
Hold !!!???

As for Crisp, pffffft, dump he's sorry butt for McInerney who I had until 10 minutes before lockout but weight of ownership numbers panicked me into swapping him for Crisp.

The sooner Supercoach remove the availability of player ownership numbers / % the better...

Thank heavens for trade boost.
