Just telling myself to keep playing the long game. Cripps cannot keep this going.

Who broke Hewett ?

Tommy Mitchell ripe to pick in a few weeks. Would like to see a good game before I pounce though.
I heard a podcast recently where he said he’d play more forward this season. It was recorded in the pre season, and not sure how accurate it has proven to be, but I’m glad I took him out based on his groin issue. I hadn’t seen a role change mentioned previously.

Hawthorn looking like a low-possession team so far this season. Not sure if I’ll be going after guys like Mitchell in a few weeks.

Carlton looking good, but there’s a bit of a ‘too many cooks’ vibe about how deep their midfield goes in terms of guys like Hewett, Setterfield, Cerra, and Kennedy, and how viable some of them are as picks.

very happy with my holding of ward, was very close to trading to caldwell

no cripps the only issue so far

hewett still on track for 80 and was always going to have a little worse of a role with everyone back, but still seems like a great pick and dont understand the hate on fan footy
