Naughton could be as good as Carey if he could kick. Do these guys actually work hard enough on their skill deficiencies?
Heard a Forward asked that exact question 3 or 4 seasons ago.
Response was something like "Oh yeah, it's something we work really hard on. The other day I took 25-30 shots on goal at practice".
When they flicked back the studio, one of hosts said "I guess that's the difference. They think taking 30 shots at goal is working hard, when Plugger would do extra practice by himself, 2 or 3 times a week, kicking 100-120 shots at goal, from all angles and distances."
