Brodie looks like he could be an F6 keeper if not a late upgrade, the forward premium stocks are looking thin so $350k still isn't bad if you're settling for Brodie being in your side for the majority of the season.
Freo have Fyfe (probs around byes), Serong, Mundy and Brayshaw. Brayshaw also being tagged at the contest is giving Brodie free reign the past two weeks. He's been building for a few weeks and outside of R1, I feel he's been underscored. 21 Contested is nothing to scoff at. He's currently on 100 average, with the players to come back I think he is still capable of 95.

I think he will end up an Impey type from last season which you hold until late in the season at a minimum. It sucks that it wasn't a starting pick at $220k but there is still value there.

Looks like we're all shelving out plans to bring Preuss in on the bubble next week with him booking himself a nice little holiday courtesy of that round arm retaliation.

Probably a good week to have Maxy and/or Jackson too on a related note.

Hinge to NOD
Ridley to Hewett

And the boost trade so I can get the above trades done
See if Preuss gets rubbed out, if Hayes gets in, Ryder should get a week but who knows
Need to get a mid forward in so I can get Rachele back in the forward line as might need to get English back into the Ruck

Waiting to see the results of various injuries before biting on anyone. Preuss (pending the apparent push to get him suspended) and NOD the obvious options is anyone starts missing 2+ weeks.

Might put Berry out of his missery. Surely can't play with that bung shoulder. Couldn't even raise it up.
Cripps to Steele or Clarry. Hinge to NOD

Mulling over the following:

Cripps to Heeney (via Dunkley)
Hinge to Sinclair
Stephens to Erasmus (need the extra cash to make the first two trades happen)

Would leave me with $27k ITB and:

DEF: Short, Crisp, Hewitt, Whitfield, Sinclair, McCartin (NOD, SDK)
MID: Macrae, Touk, Neale, Dunkley, Rowell, Berry, JHF, Daicos (Erasmus, Ward, Macdonald)
RUC: Grundy, English (Dixon)
FWD: Heeney, Butters, Brodie, Cogs, Rachele, Martin (Xerri, Hayes)

Just an initial reaction to round 4 and who is available currently on the various lines.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Is Heeney less of an attractive option now that Buddy is out for 4 to 6 weeks or so? Still a fair bit of value for his scoring output so far at $528k and has a decent run of games (WC, Hawks, Brisbane, GC, Essendon, the last three at the SCG). Thinking of turfing Xerri for him (even though Xerri still probably has some cash to make albeit it's been stalled for a couple of weeks).

Hinge > NOD
Cripps > Steele

Early thoughts

Pending if Preuss & Ryder (Hayes possible games) get suspended as expected. Would be ideal if Preuss misses a week or 2 for myself
Was typing out my early thoughts, but they are the above.

I'd also like to get Miller, but he's got a BE of 188 and Rowell has a BE of 68, so ideally that would be next week (or Rowell pumps out another 90+ and I just hold)

I'm also quite interested in Mcinerney, $411K, DEF/MID, BE of 51, is clearly fit now the way he ran out the 4th quarter.

EDIT: Actually probably not keen on Steele due to GWS Round 6 and bad bye round.
