Wow, wait for confirmation but that would be huge ...
Honestly not sure if this is good news for Cripps owners. Sure he will be back sooner but what the hell did he get subbed off for then, hamstring tightness... really? Makes me question his durability even more if he won't even play out a match when he picks up a niggle.

Or they made the best possible decision at the time (doubt the doctor can scan his hamstring their and then) and erred on the side of caution , and now once the results of the scan are known they can make a more informed decision.

Getting subbed out or missing a game through muscle tightness is extremely common, like pretty much every single time. Calf tightness is the one you see mainly

I'm no doctor but I've always thought it's pretty easy to tell when someone's done a hammy, the person always seems to know straight away. Calfs and other muscles are very different, they can be tight/sore or something more serious and it's not easy to tell. I could just have a bad memory but I can't remember anyone being subbed off so early in a match with hamstring tightness.

Doctors being cautious is probably best for Cripps and Carlton, but not sure it's the best for SC.
