Is Brodies TOG just a tank thing, because he looks like he should be pretty fit.
Nah his running drops off pretty quickly towards the end of his stints on the ground. Does get to the right spots initially a lot of the time at the stoppages and in general play, but you're never going to see him bob up more than once in a passage of play most of the time and his repeat efforts are just ok, not what you'd call strong by any means.

As was the case with Fagan and Lyons, JL has accepted Brodie for what he is, not wasting time trying to mould him into the outside endurance runner that he isn't.

He's got the perfect role and being coached well, he could've ended his AFL career very early but Freo and JL have rejuvenated him so kudos to that

Was considering it but forgot they were on Friday night so may need to get him next week for an extra 50k on top of his price!
Yep. Had to pull the trigger at half time of Port v Dogs. Had Hayes as R3 looped with Dixon. Happy Hayes ended on 98 for cash gen but thrilled with Goldys 142 now looms as a potential F6 keeper at very worst. Fair to say I was riding every hit out.

Sort of getting into Tom Browne mode here, but Ridley "liked" Essendon's game day post....????

I didn't "like" the post, and I'm not playing, so by the rules of syllogism, often used by Tom Browne types, Ridley will be playing.

Exactly right f6 with DPP and with breakeven of -2 is going to make some serious coin over the coming weeks…also has round 14 bye

Thanks @professor…. Could be swapping Butters to Goldstein next week…
I think I'll still concentrate on building a full team and then making these moves but he'll be one of the first punted or possibly to F7. I think there's probably more long term gain doing this with guys like Butters and Whitfield if you can this season

Yeah, I've got 7 usable forwards now... probably just keep them and sort out the mess elsewhere (rucks anybody?).

Dunkley, Heeney, Cogs, Brodie, Goldy + Butters/Martin for F6/7
