Not being able to afford Sicily hurts

How about starting Rich over Sicily with the intention of grabbing Sicily early for a failed midpricer until trading Rich out to prioritise Heeney and Cripps meant that I had to scrap that plan. Had the opportunity last round to right that wrong and instead opted for Pendlebury.
