Butters is on 40 with what, 10 mins of time on left in the 2nd quarter?
That's on track for an 85-100 type score... fine enough right?
Not at all. The talk in the preseason was that he was moving to the midfield and that automatically results in a 105-110+ avg. We will not be happy until he registers 251 points at full time. We are sick of not seeing him manage 30 points each and every quarter whilst failing to register 90-100% TOG.

We might get out of jail today.
Put the (E) on McComb last night and thought if he makes 75, I'll throw Ward on the field and place Butters on the pine.
Actually painful to watch Butters up and down season, but a much better effort so far today.
Now, lets see if he makes it to 85. :)

Experienced SC coaches should know by now, what you see in the pre-season doesn't always translate. But I get your point.
Not really, no one would have picked Callum Mills last season had he not played in the midfield in the preseason for example nor would have they picked Hewett if he was deployed as a defender or defensive forward this pre-season.
