I agree that thats the part of the problem, none of us know the machinations of the AFL.
The issue is one of clarity of decision. intentional, head-high, behind the play, king-hit, karate kick, biting, etc.
Is the suspension a result of the action, the injury to the recipient, or a combination of both? But they have lead us down the path that head high knocks whether intentional or not are sacred and wont be tolerated. Giving 2 weeks for that sort offence sets the wrong impression imo.
