Bit stuck this week... feel like I am treading water. Backline is a mess. What would others do in my situation?

Option 1: (Strong D4 but weak M4)
Dowrick to Peterson (+3.3k)
Durssma to Richardson (+6.7k)
Ewings to Hanks

Play Kennedy at D5 and benched Kustermann for a week.

That fixes the backline weaker mids.

Which leaves you with:

MID: Marinoff, Bowers, Parker, G Prespakis, Coyne (Sheppard)
RUC: Wales (Nalder)
FWD: Garner, McKay, McCarthy, Ewings, Wilcox (Barnett)

Is it better to prioritise for a good M4 or a good F3?

I am very keen to see news of any round 8 debuts for cheap midfielders (under $36k) so that I can fund an upgrade to Jas Garner in the forwards or to Georgie Prespakis in the midfield.

Otherwise it will be a downgrade to a $28.7k player and hope that I don’t need their cover or cash gen.

Tempting, as I am looking at a basement priced defender, may as well get one who is playing if possible. Not expecting a huge score though. Hopefully a few others named tonight.

Still not convinced I have the right trades this week, but we'll see. My forward line is a mess, but can’t easily fix that - no good cheap options I can see. I think a lot of people have that problem though.

She should be back from her 2 game suspension. But if you can wait until 5:30pm you can get confirmation.

Love all 3 options, but think this is the one I'll go with. Need to hope my rookies come through for me!

Parker averaging 83 in the last 3 and G. Prespakis has 3 round average of 105 (though hasn't played for a couple of weeks). Geelong with a good run home too. Think there will be a lot trading in G. Prespakis this week though so not sure how unique she will be.

Now watch Parker pull out a 130 this week .......
