I'm not really sure on trades for this round. Just $600 in the bank is making things a bit more difficult than I would like. It means I probably have to keep a couple of players I was initially considering trading, due to no obvious affordable better alternatives. Hopefully keeping them turns out for the best. At least I don't have to find a Randall replacement like most others near the top of the ranks, but with $122K, you can easily afford anyone. Probably a blessing for those with her actually - it allows a top defender plus an upgrade elsewhere. Very handy. Definitely advantage to them.

I think I am settled on my trades, as I won't get the chance to change anything before the first bounce tomorrow night (I'll reveal what the trades are tomorrow). I will say that I am looking at bringing in a couple of POD picks, which could backfire on me. There is probably not too much improvement possible with the cash and bench I have to work with unfortunately, but I am still having a crack at it. I probably should trade conservatively and try to maintain my rank instead, but I don't do that. :)

Good luck everyone for the last few rounds.

I'm finding it harder to trade with Randall. Her money is only really spreading her points around and restricting the use of 3 trades having to use one up on her and her money.

I'm gonna go high risk.
I'll have Frew at F5 this week and hope she plays better or gets dropped and I get my Utility score.

It sets me up better next week to atleast have a shot at a weekly.

I have 2 low scoring defenders D4 and D5.
So with only a few rounds to go, last week I decided to play
4 defenders / 3 nonplaying rookie (unav due to injured, etc)
6 midfields
1 Ruck
5 Forwards

This works for me, not for everyone
My midfield this week:

MID Ebony Marinoff
MID Georgie Prespakis
MID Kiara Bowers
MID Madison Prespakis
MID Hannah Stuart
UTL Montana Ham

The only risk is no defence backup but ok in other emergency positions

I went Randall, Ballard and Coyne to D Darcy, Meuller (D6) and G Prespakis, with Richardson onfield as Utility.

I decided against Pauga and will have to cross fingers that Saturday and Sunday teams are favourable.
Who is D Darcy?

Gilroy & Anderson
Vs
Kearney & Blackburn
Option One feels like offense (attacking to make ground up)

Option two feels safer - Kearney will be a big pick up for Randall owners I think.

I like one, but I’m also needing to think aggressive to make up spots.
