To be honest I wouldn't be surprised if this rest was planned months ago, and that he's flown home for a few days to have Christmas with the family. Without knowing where Shaun Marsh is at the moment, I wouldn't be surprised one bit if he's also gone back to Perth for Christmas after only meeting up with the squad earlier this week.

Unless something crazy happens, this is what I’m running with for the round.

Had originally wanted Abbott in for Rashid, but history says Rashid goes out with a bang before he leaves. Have opted for A.Agar out for Kerr which sort of helps my balance on the Bat line. Rogers and Philippe the other two ins. Clarke and Bazley the other outs.

If they are not on their death bed, then the best XI shall play every match possible. If we run players into the ground, then we get to use the lazy execuse of injuries to attribute to any losses or poor form when we fail to reach the pointy end of the season and thus hold no accountability. The match today is not meaningless but holds the upmost importance in shaping the season of the Renegades. A loss would be catastrophic and spell another failed year after such strong performances against the competition powerhouses in the Heat and Thunder and the selfishness of Mr Richardson to rest up or spend time with family cannot be tolerated and thus deserves a place on the never again list.

Think this may be a controversial changes for this round

Hated choosing between Inglis and Clarke so taken Clarke at possibly his max price and redistributed it using Gilkes.
S Khan literally in then out, was between him and Faf but looking at him being second drop plus 4 overs as well as completing the full bowling side plus inglis.
Abbott against the stars awful batting plus he may be a POD given his high BE.
Kerr was my lock for this round trades think he is just the best pick.
Khan with his high BE was meant to go last round but gave him a roll against the heat to no prevail but ye.

Phillipe, K Richo and probably mujeeb next round and I'm looping hales if shadab fails.
