After having relative shockers with captains so far, it’s nice to have a strong vc be able to be locked in!

Also glad Rogers went from looking like a sub 20 score to 52 so I’m quite chuffed with those last 4 overs.

Throw in alcohol to the mix and it’s definitely a case of extreme to extreme as events unfold!

All the talk pre-season from the renegades predicting a break-out year for Sutherland with an increased role, then they proceed to bat him at 8, he has faced 3 balls for the tournament for 8 runs and has yet to be dismissed. Bowled 2 overs, 1 over, 2 overs and 0 overs. If he gets dropped it would be harsh as he has been given no opportunity and has done nothing wrong. But Richardson comes in for someone, could be dre russ but that would make the batting very light on, so Sutherland probably goes out.
