Reckon that's the first time I've ever seen it called. I remember it being a rule from the very early days of T20 but I haven't heard it referenced in so long I didn't even know if it was still on the books!

Unfortunately that’s something that is a problem we will continue to have given the lack of trust in spinners in low grades. It’s crazy, because even half decent spinners are exceptionally effective.
