Hi everyone , i'm back sought of , had a stroke and have Diabetes . but winning the battle hopefully , lost 28 Kilos so look forward to the season ahead
Sorry to hear that, hope you're on track with your recovery. I'm type 2 diabetic, have sleep apnoea and would like to lose 28kg, can you share your secret? 😁

Sure thing , No sugar , no alcohol (Doc says 2 a day now if i want ) , no coffee just tea , (on 1 coffee a day now though) , Half size 3 meals a day consists of Porridge with fruit (Breakfast) , 2 eggs on Grain Toast (lunch) , Stir Fry's , Pasta and steamed veg's (main meal) , got my blood sugar down to 5.1 and blood pressure 119/79 , going ok

That's good to hear, 5.1 is really good, so to is your BP. Now for me to clean up my act. 😁
