Sure thing , No sugar , no alcohol (Doc says 2 a day now if i want ) , no coffee just tea , (on 1 coffee a day now though) , Half size 3 meals a day consists of Porridge with fruit (Breakfast) , 2 eggs on Grain Toast (lunch) , Stir Fry's , Pasta and steamed veg's (main meal) , got my blood sugar down to 5.1 and blood pressure 119/79 , going ok
