MvG wins night 5 in Exeter over Jonny Clayton to extend his lead to 6 points at the top of the PL table. @Connoisseur took the chocolates tonight with both finalists, and Dimi as captain reaching the semi's. @Rowsus moved into the 10 position with another consistent night.

@Professor continues to lead, but the gap has closed this week, and for the first time we have 7 players in double figures. That figure is going to be clouded after tonight with the UK Open starting, but it's been a good indicator of the swings in the competition so far. @tso and @Rowsus round out the podium spots.

Would have loved to select him again this year although I don’t know if I would be game to captain him again and was scared off by Gilding as his opponent in the third round (if he wins his first two rounds). Hopefully he can show flashes of his 2017-2018 form once again. 🙏

Looks like both my C and VC have managed a Rd 1 win, I am happy with that, as I honestly had no idea who to pick for those spots. Bit of random guessing with names I vaguely recognised.
