Yep, can't wait for him to breakout!
As long as he is consistent, could be a steal at his price. But I'd like to see how he goes in the first 2 rounds.
Inside mid, could impact on Steele numbers, but Shh don't tell anyone! lol

Hunter got some solid numbers also!

sure it’s just between as 2 and @Russty_ (and @Professor of course) 😉

If I knew he was going to get 5-6 games to prove himself, I would drop to 3 premium mids in an instant to fit him in. Would much rather have Bytel on the field than my current D6/F6. Not sure we're going to get that guarantee with Windhager returning soon.
Yeah same, I guess if he starts with two good games and one of our starters spuds it he could be a correction trade, someone like Phillipou could be a deer in the headlights when he gets on the big stage, we don't know yet.

I think he will play fwd this year but likely switches back in defence in future seasons when Cadman is ready. Still has decent long term value in keeper leagues but obviously more value if he’s playing in defence
Harry is rumored to be Jack Riewoldt's replacement to join his mates (Taranto & Hopper) next season

Does this talk of him playing forward etc change anyone's minds about starting him?
He wasn't in my initial team, so can't really tell. I'd be expecting fluctuations in his scoring, whereas others have talked him into a bonafide premo which he's not yet, but pointing in the right direction with another season under his belt.

Yeah Prof there's a fair bit of uncertainty there for me, if he's tagged constantly that could really nullify his scoring.

I'm going with Riccardi up forward at F5, 325k, kicked 4 last praccy, new coach previously with Richmond who targeted their talls in Roo and Lynch, expecting the focus going forward to be Riccardi and Himmelberg.
The problem is that, on form to date, Riccardi isn't actually that great - especially compared to Riewoldt or Lynch. He can mark and goal, which is valuable, but mainly shown it against lesser defensive options. I'd expect him to potentially get dropped for Cadman if he gets off to a slow start too.

He was in my team for a long while until his injury news - if played around the contest (by far his best position with his burst, clean hands, and a decent tackle), he's a sneaky 80 average IMO. If played up forward (where he has the goal sense of a potato and his other strengths don't matter as much) I wouldn't go near him ever. However I've adopted the common "no preseason, no selection" motto so he ain't coming in now.
