I've got no idea which rookies to pick atm, 1 preseason game each club is just not enough.

Anyone has a list of the must-have rookies?

Ashcroft, Ginbey, Mackenzie, Baker, Constable, Greene, Phillips then add people like Wilmot, Davey etc

I think the absolute must haves as per media sites are Ashcroft, Ginbey, Mackkenzie, Phillips and Sheezel. Well that's the top 5.

I don't think Sheezel is that popular on here though.

A mild calf injury normally takes 1 - 3 weeks. I’d be surprised if they rush him back with his injury history

I meant by WC playing last in the round you have the option to loop rookies using Yeo as the donut.

Tom Phillips averaged 76 as a winger after a similar number of games in his rookie year (5 vs 6 games). So in absence of much else to go on I'm "costing" Callaghan for a 76av.

A random player achieving this many years ago in a sample consisting of hundred of players is not a convincing argument.

If he can get to $350k I think that’s a win. Not a hard upgrade from there. Most mid rookies don’t make it to $350k.
I think this $150k is a bit of an excuse to ignore the expensive rookies

I would agree in recent years.

But at this point even without Callaghan I am leaving high quality and potentially high scoring rookies on the bench (Phillips, Hewett, Hollands).

With Callaghan I might have to bench Mackenzie?
