Little (Ireland) is right to play
Wiese (Namibia) tbc , World Cup Qualifier is March 26 - April 5
South African IPL players in the Netherlands series available from April 3rd.
Sri Lanka - series v New Zealand that clashes , then later against Ireland
Raza (Zimbabwe) is right to play

I am reasonably confident that leagues can be contracted after setup, but I’m less sure about whether they can be expanded.
I guess you could try it and if it fails, probably no real harm done given we presumably have 10 leagues (far more than we will likely use) and enough time to go again if desired.
