I'm bringing in a couple this week. There's a few that I'd probably like to make corrections to next week also like Phillips and Chandler possibly so wanted to give myself that option. It's always a risk but one thing is for certain, you can't make anymore than 3 corrections next week.
Like to share who you are bringing in this week and for ??. It's a hard read when your squad is mostly playing and you have to weed out a few for perhaps better options on only one game and yes only 3 trades next week

Considering the same but I think you hold Bruce this week for the same reason a lot of others are holding Jones - St Kilda is a particularly good matchup for them.

If you have another route to Sheezel though I wouldn't dissuade you from pulling the trigger.
The only option is Fyfe but have decided on a second chance and Rat played last night so can't use him , what are you doing with Sheezel ??

It is but to some matches AFL members must have a reserved seat to attend.
Do you have a Gold or Silver Membership because if Gold comes with a seat each week , Silver you have to reserve and pay that fee ,if you have Silver you will be on a waiting list for Gold that takes awhile to come around , like years.

We are Gold. The only reason we keep it up is the guarantee grand final seat

Happy to see there's no carnage after the full 22s have been named touch wood. Keeping my eye on Chandler, Comben Philippou and Pedlar of the rookie price players and Callaghan and Horne Francis of the slightly more expensive players. Will be interesting to see how things go this weekend, especially if there's a few rookies that have a great 2nd game after a poor first and vice versa.

Yep - knowing how Round 1 went, there will be carnage one way or the other!

Anyone know what affect if any Aiden Corr will have on Ziebell - good or bad?
You'd think largely irrelevant, but Corr had big kick-in duties last year (60, LMac 75, Hall 60)

In 2022 when Ziebell played defence in Rounds 1-3, Ziebell had 10 to Corr's 1 in Round 1, 7 to Corr's 5 in Round 2.

I'd assume Ziebell/Sheezel take them over Corr but it does seem like Corr loves some kick-ins as well.

Do you think out of Ziebell and JHF that either one would be more certain in their role and likely scoring each week?

JHF has a great role with PA, 84% TOG 67% CBA and DE of 76%. The DE for JHF I'm not sure he can maintain but the other numbers do point to a scoring boost this season. I'm pretty keen to take one for Fyfe this round just in case both go big again and look to get the other in next week. Thoughts anyone?

If Ziebell remains down back, he has a relatively recent history of emulating Jake Lloyd in defence with his seagull tendencies. Think he will see more consistency than JHF, simply based on the less intense role and potential for JHF to have games where he is given less mid time to manage his younger body.

That said, I’ve traded JHF in this week (for jones) and started Ziebell, so I’m fairly bullish on both. Don’t think you can go wrong either way personally.

But I am proven wrong constantly, so take this post with a grain of salt.

I went Bruhn to Ziebell this week mainly because Ziebell has scored as a premium before in this role while JHF hasn't. That's why I'm giving myself another week to look at JHF to see if I want to bring him in next round.

There's no difference in reservation costs for Gold and Silver memberships. Its $10.50 either way.

More rookie roulette tbh, but maybe more eyes here:

Bench Ashcroft with the E (didn't set the world on fire game 1, kids often struggle a touch second up):

Genius, madness?
Doing the same myself just because it's an option for me and he scored poorly first up, don't think it hurts to loophole a rookie if you get the chance and it doesn't cost a trade. If you can't loophole the score if he does well I wouldn't do it.
