The question needs to be asked by the board, what are you trying to prove.?

For me just way too tall and some really weird position changes though the game with midfield group, combiined with a DEF structure in a mess and too many high bombs into the FWD50.

At different times in the game the camera zoomed in on Bevo, just looked lost with what to do. Seems to be spending more time writing notes than actually watching the game, sometimes you can get lost in the statistics and miss the big picture.
Bevo is just a bad coach because of his incessant need to do things differently. He also seems to have his favourites that he wants to do well over the good of the team.

Their best midfield is quite easily Libba, Bont and Macrae and has been for the best part of a decade and yet we rarely see them.

Bont played FF for the first quarter, Macrae spent a large chunk of the rest of the game there so that Daniel and Bailey Smith could play there.

Smith is their best winger and he's so much better as a player there, he's such a selfish midfielder, runs one way, burns teammates that are better options so he can let the mullet fly, takes on tackles that don't need to be challenged, he really disrupts their midfield balance badly and he's a great winger because of his gut run and because the space out there allows him to do what he does best but also give him more time to show some form of composure on disposal. Their obsession with him through the guts is genuinely hurting them.

They've also been conned by the KPF group, it's like they went so long without targets that now they've got a couple it's just bomb and pray (a large part of this is how often Smith is the one kicking it), Sydney used to do this really badly when Bud would play and then look so varied and controlled on entry when he didn't. Part of this is their forwards, Naughton never seems to lead away from a pack, JUH isn't much better and Darcy doesn't lead hard enough in general.

They've got the talent to be top 4 but they really need to apply KISS to everything they do. Ironically their backline actually held up very well against the Saints but their midfield was terrible, basically when Bont was in there they went forward and when he wasn't, they just played in their back half.

Was hard to watch as a neutral to be honest, as someone who has watched a coach handcuff a side by playing favourites and being cute for over a decade now who also has an infinite leash because he won a flag he wasn't meant to early in his reign it really does trigger me to see it all at another side.

I actually agree, was hard to tell but it did seem like the siren went before the ball went out.

Ziebells scoring dropped quite a bit when he, Hall and McDonald all played in the same team in 2021.
He dropped down to a 95-105 guy instead of a 115+ guy.

I'm also not convinced that Hall comes back in anyway, he's just not a Clarko type of player who really likes control, selfless acts and defensive focus, basically the 3 things Hall does not bring at all. With Goater and Bergman both playing well it would also be at their expense which doesn't make any sense for a guy not in their future.

Not saying Hall wont be back but I wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't or if he didn't play in defense if he does return.

Also helps if they keep winning, lot harder to justify changes while winning.

Didnt set up loop for VC Score for Bont

On the Golf, go to log in Thursday night, tournament already started, second time this year it has happened.

On the commas, eye glasses on the way.

And now half expecting Green injury first Quarter for another bad Captains score.
Oh I hope not about Green there mate, we don't need anymore bad luck this week.
