I have callaghan and downgrading him to phillips/rowston, see whos named both had good cba. Perryman a month away so rowston should hold his spot to then and hopefully make some good coin. I think his the better option out of the 2.
I don’t have Callaghan so I can probably wait on better options, do have Chesser which probably needs looking at at some stage especially if Constable doesn’t get back in.

Yeh have constable and chesser one in defence and one in the mid. There are not viable option to swap chesser out with so i will just use them as loopholes for now if not playing. Callaghan is a must go.

First trades last week saw a jump in my overall rank. 3 trades down weren't initially what was planned with outs and rookie scores.

I have to solve the ruck problem I created after trading Darcy to Cameron. Callaghan also need to be replaced by I.C. Rod. Constable and Chesser both out are pushing the limit for donuts but one in the mids and backs means I can hold still.

Cameron options -
1. Single trade to anyone except English (have Witts) - Grundy and Marshall the 2 highest on the list.
2. Callaghan down to Philips/Bytel/other and Cameron to English

I could also look at some of the mid-pricers (Bowes, Buckley, Crozier) for Callaghan.

Current thought is
Cameron to Grundy
Callaghan to Phillips
Bank after $175K.

Boost would be Chesser to Rowston but unlikely.

Callaghan > Phillips/Rowston and Cameron > English would be my suggestion

Plays Mackenzie on field and you can loop the Wilmot/Cowan and Hollands/Baker/New Rookie recruit.

Anyone know why Buckley is scoring so well? Is it because of Callaghans poor scoring recently or is it just purely a better role?

Also thoughts on Bowes? Is he still worth the hype from preseason?

Rowston vs Phillips seems tough, as i dont know much about either, i just know Phillips might have to fight for a spot right?

Broad and gibcus still 3 weeks away so even if he does hold his spot how much does he make in three weeks when those boys come back

Noah Long is the other to keep an eye on with plenty of injury at WCE. He looked pretty good I reckon and even after a price range is still decent value.
Have had him from the start, very happy with his output so far. Doesn't need many possesssions, is very efficient, tackles well for a small kid too. Injuries have definitely given him good js although on form, his js would still have been good.

Considering doing this to get back on track :-

Leaves me like this:-

Gets me 2 premiums in, Ziebell & Sheezel getting Def status added round 6 is very appealing/ can pair up. Move Cogs back to the fwds when I move Ziebell to defence.

Thoughts?
we are all trying to get back on track. I brought Ziebell in last week but 78 and now +$400k is not attractive. I think I will do two down and then Worpel up next week to get back on track.

Like you dont have Chandler, rather him at $200k than Ziebell at $400k. Then consider any of the other rookies.

Rowston unknown to me and didn't notice him in the game, score line for a $139k player is not exciting. Rather Phillips or Amaratey.

Phillips - played Eagles for 3Q and then Hawks with no LDU/Simpkin - hard to get a base line on that after soft preseason game. Probably ok if selected.

Ziebell and English look like great moves. If you can afford Bytel/Phillips, then I would take one of them, if named, over Royston.

I'm completely stuck on what to do. I have only have $34k ITB pre-trades.

DCam > English
Callaghan > McVee/Phillips/Rowston/Bytel

I'm $4k shy of Noah Long.

I'm also considering dumping Neale, DCam and Callaghan and bringing in English/Witts and a solid MID.

Grundy route might be my only shot at saving a boost..
