Spare a thought for mine if you don't mind; 2nd boost enabling 2 premos for the price of 1 + 1 injured MP ruck.
Close. But I don't think Neale to Oliver is worth it. Oliver's a great target but you're only a couple of weeks a way from being able to get him through normal upgrades. At 700k he's not going anywhere. And Neale still looks like a premo mid.

I also prefer Phillips as a cash cow this week to Young, if he's named, and suspect you're forcing Young to fund the extra upgrade, which I don't think is sound.

It would be Callaghan to Phillips and Cameron to English if it were my team, and save the boost for upgrade season.

sound plan playing Chandler F6…
could save the trade and do Cameron to LDU straight up…
allows you to keep Worpe whom should bounce back against the cats, whilst getting another look at Brocky or Van Rooyen from the Dees….both $123k forwards that should get decent job security and are cheaper than Phillips…
$100 short of Cameron -> LDU :( would also mean Mackenzie/Ashcroft on the bench if I did do that.

OUT: Hunter Clark, Goater, D Cameron
IN: Laird, Phillips, Grundy

Changed your mind?
Hard to know for sure without seeing full team but as a fellow Hunter Clark owner I think he earned an extra week. And I don't love the Grundy pick. And I'm happy to watch Laird at his price and see where his level is this season.

The cash freed up going Grundy instead of English nets me Tom Stewart (via Worpel) down back next week & pushes D6 onto the mid bench. Worpel out means I move Mackenzie back onto the field with rookie E's being Baker & Phillips.

The rookie (Greene/Davey/Cowan) I cull to net the funds becomes the better looking option of Brockman & Van Rooyen.

Don't love the Clark>Laird trade forcing Cowan/Constable on field over Mackenzie....I'd rather skip that part and get English over Grundy.

That said, I confess I hadn't realised Grundy was so cheap. What's the latest prognosis on Gawn?

Who knows considering Stewart supposedly had something similar and was back within a fortnight.

Gawn should be back in a month & Grundy's ruck draw in that time looks good.

The winners of the whole thing always seem to pull a few moves like this though, and they work for them in hindsight, and also they have a lot of luck during the season.
Rank 30K need to make some crazy moves.

Crazy move option 2
Gulden to Hopper
Callaghan to Day

Sorta like the structure moving foward.

Want Phillips if he is named onfield i might use the boost. Eyeing BArtel next week.

AS a hawks fan, I can't see them winning too many more games this year. Had LDU played at the weekend, i think we would have seen a different result, so please be wary of brining in someone like Day thinking that he might end up a keeper or make you make you some good cash. If you haven't got him in , he may be a wasted trade. The only hawk player you wan't in your sides is Sicily. I have him and worpel. Worpel was more a bit of a experiment that has obviously failed, and he will go next week to a rookie in order to proceed with my first upgrade. Just my 2 cents.

Don't know whether to trade down x 2 this week, or complete a 1 down, 1 up approach

Callaghan > Rowston
JHF > LDU
$15.3k left

Callaghan > Rowston
JHF > Amartey
$349k
The plan of this trade is to downgrade Greene to Brockman/Van Rooyen next week and upgrade Jones to Oliver

Get the points this week with LDU, or get Oliver next week and build up some more cash from bubble players

Fair Call, but as a 3 week cash grab. Gets me another 100k closer to stewart.

I don't know how worth it Phillips is. His JS is not so good IMO. He played last week because Simpkin and LDU were out and wasn't so great.

I like the idea of moving a Gulden/Ridley sort of level upwards to a form player like what was suggested earlier around LDU/Oliver, but your option of two mid-pricers is very risky.

Gulden to LDU works if LDU stays out there, Gulden is an exciting prospect and one I'd want to keep if I had him. Gulden to Hopper could backfire, and Callaghan to Day I just don't know how that'd work out, I started Day and am happy with him, he's one of the few starting choices I've made that I'm happy with, who knows how long that'll last? lol.
I'm thinking about using a third boost in a row as my season has been riddled with bad luck and injuries and I'm ranked 65000 so yolo right?...it couldn't get much worse so if you want to boost, boost!

Cheers @Russty_ , thought maybe Eagling had mistakenly added my post but whom knows?
Maybe Eagling was in a bit of a bad mood for some reason or thought you were taking the pish suggesting trading Bont out but we can all track posts back to the source here so, I'll suggest it was just a moment of alcohol fueled anger? / over-reaction. Anyways, I like this place because it has minimal drama, and plenty of good people making sure that stuff doesn't happen.
It must be a bit confronting for you Macca genuinely trying to help someone and being berated for it, I would expect that at Jock Reynolds these days due to lack of administration, hence I'm not there much anymore.
