For those weighing up Laird/Dawson, Curnow seemed to do a reasonable job restricting LDU in the second half last week.
Can’t confidently say he played on him the whole half but he was lined up on him at a fair few of the CBs I was able to see.
It’s enough for me to pass on Laird but given his game last week he could go to Dawson.. may not eventuate but certainly food for thought.

Also apologies if this is a bit too speculative or fear-mongering. Just one I’m considering and thought I’d share in case anyone can shed enough extra context to validate/disprove the thinking..

I tend to agree. Darcy could go big versus an inexperienced Moyle, and Oliver seems the safer backup over Daicos.

If the game order was reversed in both cases, I’d probably go the other way.
